Charleston Wedding Photographer – Brad + Amanda’s Wedding

I’m not sure if it’s because Brad and Amanda are friends of mine or that this is the first wedding Justin and I have shot since we’ve been engaged, but I was especially sentimental at the Nettles’ wedding. I found myself tearing up all day long–during the ceremony sermon and first dance especially. There were so many great details to capture like the bridal gown–Amanda changed into a second dress for her reception, and she was absolutely stunning in both. One of my favorite parts of the whole day was when we sneaked out of the reception for a few minutes to get some romantic shots on a small white bridge where they have shared some special memories. Their love for each other was so evident in every aspect of the day, but the privacy of the bridge finally gave the bride and groom a few moments to themselves–it was beautiful. Brad and Amanda, thanks for letting us be a part of your day! Here’s a preview for you to enjoy!

Charleston Wedding Photographer – Amanda’s Bridal Session

I knew Amanda from college, and I knew she would photograph beautifully. What I didn’t know was how beautiful theĀ Legare Waring House at Charles Towne Landing is. The historic venue was the perfect match for the session and gorgeous bride. I don’t think I can choose a favorite spot out of all the ones we found at the session, but I will say it was nice to hear Amanda perform a mini piano concert in the parlor.

Michelle + Shaun E-Session – Charleston, SC

It was great reconnecting with a friend for this session! Michelle and I go back to high school days, and Charleston is just an amazing city. We started at the Battery and then headed over to Folly Beach with a small pit stop at a random playground!

Michelle and Shaun are just great people, and its hard not to notice the love, fun and sarcasm ;) these two share with each other. In all seriousness though, we had a lot of fun traveling down from Augusta for this shoot.
